How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
I just placed my order - why don't I see tracking yet?
Tracking numbers are created when your order ships, not at checkout.
If you just ordered, your materials are still being prepared - we'll send tracking as soon as they're on the way.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
I need these for school - when should I order?
If you're ordering for a specific start date or lesson plan, we recommend order at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for processing and delivery time.
What if my package is delayed?
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our hands - but we're always happy to help you track it down or answer questions.
Can I use these with my child's curriculum?
Yes! Our materials are designed to support a wide range of learning styles and can be easily incorporated into homeschool routines, classroom learning, or extra practice at home.
Are the math problems in the same order on each card?
They are! Each card for a particular operation has the same problems in the same order. This allows teachers to easily grade a classroom.
If the problems are the same, won't the students memorize the answers?
We recommend changing where you have the students start their work. Especially if you feel like they are memorizing the answers. Have them start on the back side first, or bottom corner.
I don't use PayPal. How can I place my order?
We have you covered! If you do not wish to use PayPal, please download the order form and mail in a check or money order. Make sure to double-check your math before sending in so there are no delays to your order.
